Community Grants

The Shire of Denmark invites community groups to apply for a share in $25,000 worth of grant funding.

The Community Grant program provides financial assistance to not-for-profit groups, to deliver projects that benefit our community. Community Grants are available from $201 up to $10,000.

How to Apply

Step 1. Read the Community Grants Guidelines and FAQ's for hints and tips.* 

Step 2. Review the application form questions before you start your application.

Step 3. Have the answers to the questions ready to go before you start.

Step 4. Have your supporting documents ready to attach, you will need to submit:

              -  A budget (click here to download a budget template)

              -  A copy of your Public Liability Insurance 

              -  Other supporting documentation (letters of support, news paper articles, quotes etc.)

Step 5. Once you have everything ready, click on Start your Application. Allow approximately 30 - 60mins to complete in one sitting (there is no option to save as-you-go). 

Step 6. When your application is submitted, you should receive an auto-response to notify you that your application has been received. If you don't receive this notification, please contact the Shire.

Applications for 2022 are now closed.
