This folder contains the Minutes for the Ordinary Council meetings held on the 15 & 22 July 2008. Council's policy is that the meeting on the third Tuesday of each month is a briefing/discussion meeting only and no decisions are made on agenda items at that meeting. For this reason the most of the attachments pertaining to both meetings held in July 2008 are the same with changes only to Attachments 9.4.1 & 9.4.2.
