December 2008 Minutes

This folder contains the Minutes for the Ordinary Council meetings held on the 16 & 23 December 2008. Council’s policy is that the meeting on the third Tuesday of each month is a briefing/discussion meeting only and other than motions confirming the previous Minutes, relating to Suspension of Standing Orders or Procedural Motions, no decisions will be made on agenda items at this meeting. Decisions on the agenda items listed are made at the meeting on the fourth Tuesday of the month.

Council's policy is that the meeting on the third Tuesday of each month is a briefing/discussion meeting only and no decisions are made on agenda items at that meeting. For this reason the most of the attachments pertaining to both meetings held in July 2008 are the same with changes only to Attachments 9.4.1 & 9.4.2.
