Council’s policy is that the meeting on the third Tuesday of each month is a briefing/discussion meeting only and other than motions confirming the previous Minutes, relating to Suspension of Standing Orders or Procedural Motions, no decisions will be made on agenda items at this meeting. Decisions on the agenda items listed are made at the meeting on the fourth Tuesday of the month.
