Council meetings are held on the third and fourth Tuesday of each month (click here for meeting dates), commencing 4pm, in the Council Chamber, South Coast Highway, Denmark, with the exception of the first meeting in March which will be held at the Nornalup Hall.

Public question time/open forum commences at 4pm, as the first agenda item.

Please note that the same agenda will be used for both meetings of the month.

The meeting on the third Tuesday is purely a discussion/briefing meeting only and other than motions confirming the previous Minutes, relating to suspension of Standing Orders or Procedural Motions, no decisions on the agenda items will be made at the first meeting of the month.

Ratepayers and Residents can attend the public question time/open forum session at both meetings.
