Town Planning Scheme

Council’s town planning functions are controlled by its Town Planning Scheme No. 3 which became effective on 25th March, 1994. Since that time various Amendments to that Scheme have been carried out to ensure the document is as up to date as possible. That Scheme consists of a Scheme Text and Scheme Maps. The Scheme Text is available from the Western Australian Planning Commission.

Planning Consent Application
