Fees
For the issue of a building licence for classes 1 & 10 buildings: | 0.35% of the estimated value of construction with a minimum fee of $85 (GST free) |
- and associated BCITF Levy | 0.2% (GST free) (State Govt charge) |
For the issue of a building licence for all other classes | 0.2% of the estimated value of construction with a minimum fee of $85 (GST free) |
- and associated BCITF Levy | 0.2% (GST free) (State Govt Charge) |
NB: Building Licence Fees
