ABOUT THE COMMUNITY RESOURCE NETWORK

During 2007, a group of volunteers grew to be the Community Resource Network (CRN).  The CRN began as one of four sub committees of the Healthway-funded Denmark Healthy Community Project; which ran for three years.  The fledgling CRN's purpose was to satisfy the Denmark community’s expressed need to promote community well-being by connecting people and providing access to information and resources.

The Community Resource Network has a long term vision to be part of a vibrant Community Hub where all people and groups feel supported to connect with each other. Where people can share skills, knowledge and resources that assist them to meet their needs and achieve their aspirations.
